She has been helping individuals facing financial difficulties find solutions that work for them for over 25 years. Natalie has worked in the insolvency industry since 1992 and has gained a vast knowledge of insolvency matters. She understands that financial difficulties can happen to anyone and she strives to assist each person with dignity and empathy while helping them find the best solution for their needs.
Natalie has been a Licensed Insolvency Trustee since 2008. In 2015 Natalie became the first woman partner with the firm Fontaine and Associates Inc, which merged with BDO in 2023.
She has extensive knowledge of consumer proposals and bankruptcies, and has helped countless individuals over the years attain their goals of becoming debt free. Natalie is happily married to her best friend, she enjoys family time, camping, cycling, hiking and travelling.

Ron takes pride in providing empathetic advice and trustworthy guidance to people who need help getting through tough times, whether they are looking for budgeting advice or have questions about debt solutions. What he finds most rewarding is finding a solution to someone’s financial difficulties that seemed impossible and using innovative ways to help people get a new debt-free start.
Ron’s main piece of advice for people who are struggling with debt and is that there is always a solution, no matter how bad things might seem. With the right help, better times are ahead.
Ron is trained as a lawyer and has been a member of the Quebec Bar Association since 1990. As a well-respected speaker and educator, Ron has presented and taught for the Bar School of Quebec, the University of Sherbrooke and the School of Management at UQAM. Ron is a board member for CAE Capital, a not-for-profit lender that caters to start-ups and companies with limited borrowing power to support employment and sole proprietors.
